Transitional Housing:

Goal of the Program: Assisting families to transition from homelessness into self-sufficiency.

This program is designed to help homeless families with children by providing safe, single family temporary homes for families while they are enrolled in our self-sufficiency programs.

Working together with local schools, churches, businesses and agencies support services include:

Intensive case management
Employment/Vocational Planning
Job skills education program
Adult Basic Education & GED Preparation
Budget Counseling and Financial Planning
Home ownership Classes and Credit repair
Health & Nutrition
Child management
Personal goal setting
Community Mentoring Program

Currently the Mission has 4 single-family homes, through a partnership with First Baptist Church of Mooresville.
